Specialist GP - Minor Surgery NI
BSc(Hons Anatomy QUB 2001), MBBChBaO (QUB 2005), MRCGP (2010)
Andrew is at heart a general practitioner with broad interests in many aspects of healthcare, but he has particular expertise and specialist training in Minor Surgery, Men and Women’s Fertility Planning, Musculoskeletal Medicine and Endocrinology in Primary Care.
Andrew is currently one of, if not the only, GP in Northern Ireland using Point of Care Ultrasound techniques for routine Primary Care work in practice. He enjoys his role as an accredited GP Trainer and Medical Student educator, and he is also a trainer in Minor Surgical and Joint Injection techniques. He has been performing Minor Surgery and Corticosteroid injections in practice for over 13 years.
Andrew is fully indemnified by the MDDUS.
Sports Massage Therapy
Sports massage is beneficial to those at all levels of activity, it is not solely for sportspersons.
It is particularly useful in the management and prevention of injury and our everyday aches and pains (Shoulders, Back, Glutes, Legs, Knees, Etc)
Each session will include a consultation, and whilst aiming to provide as much relief as possible in one session, follow up appointments may be beneficial in locating the route of the problem and/or preventing re-injury.
For the first initial session please select a 1 hr 15 treatment. to allow time for consultation, medical form discussion and treatment.

Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy treatments are provided by Kathy Harris BSc (Hons). Although our immediate mission is to resolve our patients’ symptoms as quickly as possible, we strongly believe in treating underlying causes, to help prevent a recurrence of an injury or problem.
